Company Founded
Australia Venus Resource Pty Ltd is established in Brisbane with a clear mandate: to acquire, explore, and develop high-grade mineral assets in Australia.
Strategic Asset Acquisition
Venus Resource secures 100% ownership of a mining lease covering approximately 1,600 hectares in North-West Queensland, within a proven phosphate belt south-east of Mount Isa.
Geological Modelling & Permitting
Extensive geological modelling confirms a significant high-grade phosphate resource. Full environmental approvals are secured for commercial-scale extraction.
Trial Mining & Validation
Successful trial mining validates the resource, with actual grades consistently exceeding the geological model estimate. Phosphate is formally added to Australia's Critical Minerals List.
Strategic Partnership
Venus Resource secures a strategic investment and offtake partner to support the transition from trial mining to commercial production.
Commercial Production
Initial DSO (Direct Shipping Ore) shipments begin, marking the transition of Venus Resource into an operating producer. Scale-up and downstream integration plans follow through 2029 and beyond.
